Cucumber Crab Salad


Serves 4

2 c diced cucumber
1/4 c diced onion
1 pack imitation crab meat, diced

Dressing:

4 tbsp fat free mayo
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp Splenda
2 tbsp fat free milk
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 tsp Old Bay

Mix together and pour over diced veggies and crab. Mix well. Chill before serving.
