I actually ate 2.

Parmesan Roasted Asparagus (30 calories for 1/2 c)
Parkay Spray Butter
Salt & Pepper
Parmesan Cheese

Bake at 350 for 10 mins

Potato Wedges

We also had a small side salad. Yum!
